Thank you for visiting and shopping at Monaro by Real Gold. This Shipping & Delivery Policy explains our shipping practices, delivery timelines, and what to do if there are any issues with your order.

Standard Shipping

We currently deliver across India, including all metro cities and select non-metro locations. We have partnered with reliable logistics providers to ensure your jewellery and other products are delivered safely and on time.

  • Delivery Coverage: Across India (metros and select non-metro cities).
  • Non-perishable items: Delivered via our trusted logistics partner.
  • Hand-delivery for select products: For certain products in select cities, we provide dedicated hand-delivery service.

While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, delays due to unforeseen circumstances—including holidays, courier delays, or weather—may occur.

Shipping Time

Most of our jewellery is made to order, and processing times vary depending on the product.

  • Lead Time: Typically 5-7 business days, as indicated on each product page and at checkout.
  • Once your order is ready, our logistics partner will pick it up and deliver it between 8 AM to 9 PM.

Important: If you receive a product with damaged or tampered packaging, please refuse delivery and contact us immediately with your order number and a photo of the package. We will arrange a replacement delivery as quickly as possible.

Shipment Processing Time

  • Orders are generally processed within 2-3 business days.
  • Expected delivery is 5-7 business days from the date of order placement.
  • During high order volumes, deliveries may take longer. In such cases, we will notify you via email or phone.

Shipping Rates

  • Shipping charges are calculated at checkout and vary based on location and order size.
  • Free shipping promotions, if any, will be clearly stated on the product or checkout page.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

  • Once your order has shipped, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your tracking number.
  • Tracking is active from the date of dispatch and can be monitored until delivery.
  • Use the tracking link to stay updated on your order’s journey.

Lost Shipments

If your shipment is lost or misplaced, we can:

  • Resend the order (if products are in stock)
  • Issue a credit note

Your confirmation that you have not received the product may be required. Decisions by Monaro by Real Gold in such cases are final.

International Shipping

  • Currently, we do not ship outside India.
